I was not able to attend the Week 1 class so I missed out on the opportunity to create a PONG-type game. This week’s challenge was to try and make a Shoot em’ up.

This project will be worked on next week also. The challenge in making this game will be the 3D aspect, I have never started a Unity3D project, only ever made 2D games. Completed this week was the prototype assets for the character and enemy (cubes) as well as a firing mechanism/projectiles and health on the enemy. By the end of the week, the enemies will have some type of movement and the projectiles will have some effects, most probably a trail and gravitational pull towards the enemies.
